Deptford Twp. – Rowan College at Gloucester County (RCGC) is offering training programs for the new high school equivalency exam, The Test Assessing Secondary Completion. The program offers 14 weeks of training courses. Applicants can register at the RCGC Continuing Education Center until Jan. 9.The program is designed for adults who do not yet have a high school diploma, offering training in reading, writing, mathematics and computer literacy by the Division of Continuing Education. Participants in the program must be at least 16 years of age and not currently enrolled in high school. The program also offers career planning and college readiness workshops, as well as advisement on degrees and certification with RCGC.Participants must also pay a nominal, non-refundable $10 registration fee.Adult Basic Education programs at Rowan College at Gloucester County are sponsored by the New Jersey Department of Labor and Workforce Development.
