Rowan College hosting Respiratory Therapy and X-ray Technician information sessions

The programs are offered in partnership with the Rutgers University School of Health-Related Professions and Cooper University Hospital.

Deptford Twp. – The Division of Nursing and Allied Health at Rowan College at Gloucester County (RCGC) will host information sessions for the Respiratory Therapy (RST) and X-ray Technician programs. The RST sessions will take place Feb. 27 at 2 p.m. and March 18 at 10 a.m. The X-ray Technician program will be hosted on March 11 at 2 p.m.

The Respiratory Therapy program, offered in partnership with the Rutgers University School of Health-Related Professions, offers students the chance to learn about that flourishing and rewarding field of allied health. The X-ray Technician program, part of the Medical Radiography program, is offered in conjunction with Cooper University Hospital and will also be discussed in full-detail.

Both professions are pivotal in furthering the expansion of medical-related fields, which is expected to expand rapidly in New Jersey and nationwide in the immediate future. RCGC offers students an outstanding opportunity to further themselves in these career fields, and at a fraction of traditional educational costs.
