West Deptford Library Celebrates Women's History Month
The event is at the township's free public library on Monday, March 28 at 1 p.m.
WEST DEPTFORD TOWNSHIP — The West Deptford Township Free Public Library is paying homage to some health care professionals during a well-known historical event.
The library is hosting Jane Peters Estes, who it described as "an avid student" of events that occurred in the past to talk about the "fascinating history" of nurses during the Civil War.
Estes' speech begins at 1 p.m. on Monday, March 28. Those who are interested in attending the in-person event are asked to preregister by calling the library at 856-845-5593.
