WEST DEPTFORD, NJ — The first bell on the 2019-20 school year is still more than a month away, but it's never too early to get your school calendars in order. To help out, we've compiled a listing of important dates for the West Deptford Public School District in the coming year:

• First Day of School: Sept. 4
• No School for Students: Oct. 11
• School Closed for Columbus Day: Oct. 14
• No School for Students: Nov. 6
• Schools Closed for NJEA Convention: Nov. 7-8
• K-8 Single Session: Nov. 21-22
• K-8 Single Session: Nov. 25-26
• K-12 Single Session: Nov. 27
• Schools Closed for Thanksgiving: Nov. 28-29
• K-12 Single Session: Dec. 20
• Schools Closed for Winter Break: Dec. 23-Jan. 1
• Single Session for Students: Jan. 17
• Schools Closed for Martin Luther King Day: Jan. 20
• Single Session for High School Students (Mid-term exams): Jan. 23-24
• Single Session for High School Students (Mid-term exams): Jan. 27-28
• Schools Closed for President's Day: Feb. 14-17
• Single Session for Students: March 11-13 (Elementary School Conferences March 11-12)
