Woman Charged With Murder After Hit-And-Run In South Jersey: Prosecutor
Breanna Rowley accelerated her car into the victim, who she knew, and drove off, authorities said.

MILLVILLE, NJ — A woman was charged with murder after authorities say she ran over another woman and fled the scene last month in Millville.
Breanna Rowley's charges, filed Thursday, stem from the Oct. 22 death of Caroline Bump. Rowley accelerated her car and struck the victim as she stood in the roadway, according to the Cumberland County Prosecutor's Office (CCPO).
Rowley and Bump knew each other and were together before the incident, the CCPO said. Authorities haven't disclosed a motive or any details about the nature of their relationship.
