Woman Falls From Speeding Car In South Jersey: Reports

A woman fell from a car that was doing 60 mph on Route 42 Thursday night, according to published reports.

DEPTFORD TOWNSHIP, NJ — New Jersey State are investigating an incident in which a woman apparently fell out of a speeding car in South Jersey on Thursday night, according to published reports.

The woman fell out of the car on Route 42 near the Deptford Mall at about 8 p.m., according to philly.com. She wasn’t hit by another car, and her car ended up in a grassy median.

The car was going about 60 mph when she fell out, according to CBS 3.

She was taken to Cooper University Hospital, where she was expected to survive, according to 6 ABC.

The cause of the incident remains under investigation.
