$1.5M Jersey Cash 5 Jackpot Lottery Ticket Sold In Union County

UNION COUNTY, NJ — A $1.5 million jackpot winning Jersey Cash 5 lottery ticket was sold in Union County. This is the game's second-highest jackpot of the year, said lottery officials.

The ticket, purchased at EZ Chek Food Store, 370 St. George Avenue in Rahway, matched the winning numbers of Wednesday's drawing to win the $1,521,040 jackpot.

The winning numbers for the Feb. 26 drawing were 14, 20, 29, 30, and 45. The XTRA was 02, and the Bulleseye was 45.

Additionally, there were 42 players who matched four numbers and hit the Bullseye to win $500 each; 13 others also won $500 by matching four balls with XTRA.

The retailer will each receive a $2,000 bonus for selling the winning ticket.
