All Lanes Reopen On I-78, Delays Remain From Crash With Injuries In Union County

SPRINGFIELD, NJ — All lanes have reopened on Interstate 78 West but delays remain as of 8 a.m. following a crash with injuries on Tuesday morning.

The crash reported at 6:11 a.m. is located on the westbound side of the highway on the Local Lanes near Exit 48 for NJ 24 West in Springfield Township, according to the New Jersey Department of Transportation's 511NJ website.

All lanes have since reopened but a 5 to 10 minute delay remains in the area.
