Alleged Bike Thief Arrested in Roselle Park: Police
Three people were also arrested for marijuana including two from Roselle Park, police report.

ROSELLE PARK, NJ — A Roselle Park man was arrested for having a stolen bike from a borough resident in his possession, police reported.
A E. Clay Avenue resident reported on Jan. 23 that his bicycle which was chained to his front porch railing was stolen and his bike lock had been removed and was now laying in the middle of the street.
The bicycle was described as a chrome, (men’s) mountain bike with a black and yellow seat and sprocket guard missing. The bicycle was valued at $150.

Earlier that day, police were talking to Ronald F. Perry Jr., 43, from Roselle Park who had four bikes — one of them being similar to the one reported stolen, according to Roselle Park Police.
The victim looked at pictures of the four bikes and recognized one of the bikes to be the same one stolen off his porch that morning.

Perry Jr. was arrested by police on Jan. 24 and charged with receiving stolen property. However, Perry Jr. did not have the bike on him at the time of arrest and it is unknown where it is.
Perry was served with a summons and released with a future court date.
Roselle Park Police Blotter:
On Jan. 14 at approximately 1:59 a.m.: Ptl. Marino Diaz conducted a motor vehicle stop with a 2004 Jeep on Chestnut Street for a moving violation. The driver of the vehicle, Juanpablo Quiros-Arce, age 33 from Roselle Park was found to be in possession of a controlled dangerous substance (marijuana) and drug paraphernalia. He was placed under arrest and charged with possession of c.d.s. and possession of drug paraphernalia. Quiros-Arce was issued a summons and released with a future court date. Motor vehicle summonses were also issued.
On Jan. 20 at approximately 10:05 p.m.: Ptl. William Hannon conducted a motor vehicle stop with a 2013 Dodge on W. Westfield Avenue for an equipment violation. The driver of the vehicle, Keith J. Johnson, age 29 from East Orange was found to be in possession of a controlled dangerous substance (marijuana). He was placed under arrest and charged with possession of c.d.s. Johnson was issued a summons and released with a future court date. Motor vehicle summons were also issued.
On Jan. 21 at approximately 10:54 p.m.: Ptl. William Hannon conducted a motor vehicle stop with a 2004 Nissan on W. Westfield Ave. for an equipment violation. The driver of the vehicle, Deandre T. Allen, age 20 from Roselle was found to be in possession of a controlled dangerous substance (marijuana) and drug paraphernalia. He was placed under arrest and charged with possession of c.d.s. and drug paraphernalia. Allen was issued a summons and released with a future court date. Motor vehicle summons were also issued.
