Don’t let life’s problems create a problem for you.
Problems i life can be over-bearing. When the time comes to focus on something else, do not let your attitude about problems prevent you from letting them go.

When you have time put aside for yourself, you should focus on yourself. Meditating can create and sustain a very deep and powerful connection for you. If you’ve ever tried to meditate before however, you may have noticed how difficult it can be to focus. During that time, you may even wonder what you should be focusing on. For starters, do not focus on your problems and do not resent meditation because problems arise.
Burdensome as they are, life is riddled with them. Each and every one of us have various issues to address, problems to solve and messes to clean up. Some of us even make a very good living solving other people’s problems. Think about it. Who would need you to work for them, if not for providing some solution to a problem? What would your family want with you or need from you, if not for addressing problems? Is it enough of an existence for you to just have everything perfectly in order? If nothing needs your attention and all is fine and well without you, then what will you contribute?
So, do not hate problems. They are only things that everyone has. Do not wish you did not have them either. It is because of them that you count your blessings and appreciate times of tranquility and peace. Without working hard first, our bodies and minds cannot rest in deep sleep. If you were always sitting around and not having much to do ever, would you still long for resting and sitting around some more?
