First United Methodist Church of Westfield Hosts Former Peace Corps Volunteer to Discuss Water Issues

Catherine Cronin, former Peace Corps volunteer, will be addressing guests at First United Methodist Church (FUMC) of Westfield on Sunday April 29, 2012 at 11:00 AM.  Catherine worked for the Peace Corps from 1989-1991 in Nepal tackling the problems associated with the lack of clean water.  In her role as Assistant District Engineer, she worked on building the water systems and teaching sanitation to the locals.  More than twenty years later, the availability of water has become increasingly problematic.  Come and join the discussion about this pressing issue!  FUMC is located at 1 East Broad Street.  Parking is available off of Ferris Place.  (If using GPS:  enter 130 Ferris Place Westfield NJ.)  Please call the office (908-233-4211) with any questions.
