The FBI is probing claims that two cops had sex with a prostitute aboard a New Jersey plane flight, according to reports.

The prostitute was dressed as a flight attendant on the 2014 New Jersey excursion to Las Vegas, which the New York Post says was funded by Jona Rechnitz, a real-estate investor.

Police brass joined the “Mile High Club” with the woman after departing from Teterboro Airport in New Jersey in 2014, sources told the Post.

Rechnitz is being investigated by the FBI for allegedly providing gifts to police in exchange for favors, nj.com. The FBI decline to comment to Patch on the matter.

The Post didn't say who paid for what happened aboard the plane, but it identify one of the officers as NYPD Deputy Inspector James Grant, who resigned earlier this month.

NYPD Detective Michael Milici, the other police officer implicated, is on modified duty and invoked his 5th Amendment rights while testifying before a grand jury, the Post said.

Last week, federal agents interviewed at least 20 officers about their possible gifts-for-favors interactions with Rechnitz and a jeweler. Both gave money to New York Mayor Bill de Blasio's 2008 mayoral campaign and others, according to nj.com.
