House Fire Displaces 11 Residents In Union County

The fire broke out on Saturday night, impacting three families.

PLAINFIELD, NJ — A house fire in Plainfield displaced 11 residents on Saturday night.

At 9:20 p.m., the Plainfield and South Plainfield Volunteer Fire Department were called to a structure fire on the 300 block of McDowell Street.

South Plainfield firefighters worked in the basement to help put out hot spots and overhaul.
