Lantern Hill Names Katy Corrado as Director of Human Resources
Corrado has over 20 years of progressive experience as a Human Resources professional.
Lantern Hill, an Erickson Senior Living-managed community in New Providence, NJ, announced the appointment of Katy Corrado as Director of Human Resources.
Corrado returns to Erickson Senior Living after working at various companies in New Jersey. From 2018 to 2022, she was Director of Human Resources at Cedar Crest, an Erickson Senior Living community in Pompton Plains. She has over 20 years of progressive experience as a Human Resources professional.
In her new leadership role, Corrado will be responsible for the daily operations of the Human Resources Department, focusing on employee recruitment and engagement. The community has more than 390 full- and part-time employees.

"Katy is an experienced leader whose passion and knowledge foster a dynamic work culture and outstanding results," said Executive Director Todd DeLaney. "Her experience with Erickson Senior Living, combined with her expertise in talent development, recruitment, and promoting employee engagement, makes her a valuable asset in attracting, and retaining top talent."
Corrado earned a bachelor's in Human Development & Family Studies from Penn State University. A New Jersey native, she lives in Morris County and is married with three children. Outside work, she is an avid fan of her children's sports teams, a Girl Scout leader, and the Treasurer for the Roxbury High School Volleyball Fans Association.
