Lantern Hill Promotes Nick Rossiello to Director of Sales

Lantern Hill, a continuing care retirement community developed and managed by Erickson Senior Living in New Providence, NJ, is pleased to announce the promotion of Nick Rossiello to director of sales. He brings more than 20 years of senior living experience to this leadership role.

Rossiello’s career with Erickson Senior Living began at Cedar Crest, an Erickson Senior Living community in Pompton Plains, NJ, in 2004, where he worked with residents as a student server in the on-campus restaurants. After graduating from college, he returned to Cedar Crest to work in the resident life department. He then moved to the sales department, quickly advancing through several roles, including sales associate and sales counselor, working with the team to welcome hundreds of new residents to the vibrant community. Last year, he transitioned to Lantern Hill, where he was promoted to sales manager.

Rossiello earned a bachelor’s degree from Bentley University. He resides in Pompton Lakes with his wife, Melody, and their son, Lucas.
