UPDATE: Elderly Mountainside Man Has Been Found

UPDATE --

MOUNTAINSIDE, NJ — Yehoshua "Josh" Appel, a 93 year old male from Mountainside who was missing, has been found.

Mountainside Police reported that Appel was found Tyes day afternoon.

Previously reported:

Apple had been last seen on Sunday, Sept. 18 when he was scheduled to go to an auto body shop on Springfield Ave. in Westfield but never arrived, Mountainside Police reported.

Appel drives a silver Buick, NJ Registration with license plate number YFT92L.

According to family members, Appel has the onset of dementia.

Appel was entered as a Missing Person in the National Crime Information Computer.
