Apartment features include hardwood flooring, wood-stained cabinets with solid-surface counters, Energy Star appliances, key fob entries and controlled visitor access.
CPC/Meridia has completed similar developments in Rahway, Bound Brook, West New York, Hackensack, Linden and Wallington and has just initiated a new project in Dover.
“This development will be an anchor for the downtown,” stated George Capodagli, managing member of Capodagli Property Company. “The apartments will be in close proximity to the Garden State Parkway and Roselle Park train station. It’s an ideal location for young people or empty nesters looking to be within walking distance of amenities.”
