Parking Temporarily Prohibited In These Areas Of Westfield: See Why
Tickets will be issued.
WESTFIELD, NJ — Drivers will not be able to park their cars overnight in a few locations downtown on Tuesday and Thursday as workers try to clear snow from the ground.
The areas included are off-limits from 9 p.m. to 7 a.m. Cars left on the road will be subject to tickets, Westfield Police added.
Tuesday

- Prospect Street, between North Avenue and East Broad Street
- Elm Street, from North Avenue to the Trader Joe's lot
- East Broad Street, from North Avenue to Mountain Avenue
Thursday
- Leftover areas not finished on Tuesday, which will be outlined by the Town in advance
- Central Avenue, from East Broad Street to Lenox Avenue
- All of Quimby Street
- Lenox Avenue, from Central Avenue to Elmer Street
Residents who need to park downtown during these hours can use Lot 4 (behind Baron's) or Lot 1 (adjacent to Trader Joe's).
