Paving Updates In Westfield: 11 More Roads To Be Repaved
Mayor Shelley Brindle provided a road update on Friday.
WESTFIELD, NJ — The Town roadways have been undergoing a facelift recently with 11 more roads set to be repaved.
Most recently, Union County completed the milling, paving, and striping work on East Broad Street.
This "has resulted in a huge improvement to our downtown road conditions! Thanks to everyone for your patience throughout this much-needed project," said Mayor Shelley Brindle in a road update on Friday.

Looking ahead Elizabethtown Gas is continuing its work to mill and pave the following roads:
- North Chestnut Street (entire length)
- Parkview Avenue (entire length)
- Raymond Avenue (entire length)
- Cory Place (entire length)
- Jefferson Avenue (Saunders to East Broad)
Additionally, beginning on June 27, Elizabethtown Gas also expects to begin milling and paving in these locations:

- Coolidge Street (entire length)
- Stevens Avenue (entire length)
- Cranford Avenue (Benson to Town line)
- Sherman Street (Coolidge to Stevens)
- Wells Street (Harding to dead end)
- Benson Place (Coolidge to Fourth)
