Preparing to SOW Miracles at FUMC Westfield

FUMC Westfield is sowing seeds of service, openness, and welcome during this season of Lent.

The season of Lent is well underway, and First United Methodist Church Westfield is experiencing this period of preparation for Easter through our worship theme of "Preparing to S.O.W. Miracles."

“Remember this: Whoever sows sparingly will also reap sparingly, and whoever sows generously will also reap generously” - 2 Corinthians 9:6

As followers of Jesus, we are preparing our spiritual bodies to experience the miracle of the resurrection. As a church, we are preparing the body of our congregation as a whole to begin new work focusing on service, openness, and welcome. And in all of this preparation, we are generously sowing seeds of inclusion, love, and grace for all people.
