What's Open, What's Closed on Presidents' Day in Westfield
Monday is a federal holiday but Westfield public schools will be open.
Formerly known as George Washington's birthday, Presidents' Day is celebrated the third Monday of February and is considered a federal holiday but thanks to Superstorm Sandy, Westfield Public Schools will be in session.
- Westfield Town offices will be closed.
- Presidents' Day is also a postal holiday, which means the Westfield Post Office will be closed and there is no mail delivery Monday. Delivery will resume Tuesday.
- The Westfield Memorial Library will be closed.
