“This project has been years in the making,” said Redington. “Our dedicated team members worked tirelessly on this facility, resulting in a truly unique and innovative space that allows our employees to work collaboratively and efficiently.”
The move marks another big step for the company, which has undergone a period of substantial growth in the last decade. With more than 80 employees in three locations (Westfield, NJ, Floral Park, NY and Manhattan), REDCOM has become the go-to design-build contractor in the tristate area, specializing in commercial projects such as: auto dealerships, private schools, warehouses, industrial facilities, places of worship, mixed-use/retail centers and breweries.

“Our office now properly reflects that of a multi-million-dollar company,” said Dave Gasson, VP of Operations for REDCOM. “We are very excited for clients, prospects, business partners, subcontractors, friends and family to visit our new space.”
A grand opening ceremony will be held in early December, once all construction and furnishing is complete, to celebrate the move into the new office. Formerly, REDCOM operated out of two offices in Westfield, but now all of the company’s New Jersey employees are under one roof.
“It will definitely help with internal communication on our projects,” said John Cannata, Executive Vice President of REDCOM. “There’s also much more space for our employees to gather and review construction drawings and plans or hold project meetings. It’s a big step for us and we’re very proud of our new home.”
