Chef Uyen is leading the charge at Vina. She credits her mother for inspiring her culinary career.

"Growing up the youngest of six girls, Uyen watched her mom transform simple, authentic ingredients into unforgettable meals, not realizing those dinners were shaping her palate and her future. Her mother's French-influenced, traditional Vietnamese cooking introduced Uyen to the extraordinary flavors of things like pig ear terrine, pickled mustard greens, slow-braised bone broth, and thousands of hand-rolled egg rolls. This summer, a lifetime of memories and flavor becomes Vina," according to instagram.com.
