Six Westfield Students Secure Perfect ACT Scores

Westfield High School juniors received the highest score possible on portions of the September 2018 ACT standardized tests.

WESTFIELD, NJ - Westfield High School juniors Valerie Chang and Kurt Hu and seniors Alexander McGrail, Timothy Miller, Jacob Singman, and Andrew Zanfagna received the highest score possible on portions of the September 2018 ACT standardized tests, according to recent reports received by the school. Scoring a perfect 36 are:

• Valerie Chang, 11th grade – Science and STEM
• Kurt Hu, 11th grade – Science, STEM, English, and Reading
• Alexander McGrail, 12th grade – Reading
• Timothy Miller, 12th grade – Science
• Jacob Singman, 12th grade – Math, STEM and Reading
• Andrew Zanfagna, 12th grade – Math and STEM
