A Thousand Without Power In Westfield Thursday

WESTFIELD, NJ - A blown transformer has left nearly 1,500 customers without power in Westfield Thursday morning, according to the PSE&G.

According to the outage information the heaviest concentration of outages are clustered in the Martine Avenue area with an estimated 1,365 customers impacted. In the Oak Hill Road and Wood Road area 435 customers are listed as having lost service. There are also outages in the area of Graymill Drive and around Normandy Drive.

The estimated time for restoration is 11:15 a.m., according to the outage map.
