Travel to NYC with the Westfield Area YMCA for a Day Trip to the Museum of Natural History

The Westfield Area YMCA and the Fanwood-Scotch Plains YMCA are hosting a NYC day trip to the Museum of Natural History on Thursday, April 20th. The bus will depart from the Westfield Lord & Taylor parking lot at 8:15 am and return at approximately 5:30pm.

Participants will not only experience the grandeur of the museum but also five “Special” exhibits offered for a limited time only! This is a great way to experience the beauty of butterflies in the special Live Butterfly Exhibition, learn about ancient mummies and travel back in time with “CUBA!” by taking an inside look into this unique island.

Also included are shows at Hayden Planetarium and the IMAX movie.

Free tours of the museum are also available. Registration is required by April 6th. This trip is available for all for a fee that includes bus and all admissions. Lunch is on your own at an onsite food court or you can bring a bag lunch. The American Museum of Natural History has wheelchairs, captioned video displays and hearing devices available upon request.
