An investigation by Prosecutor’s Office Special Victims Unit in early August found that Sosa sexually assaulted the victim, who is younger than 18, numerous times during the previous seven months, Park reported.

Before being arrested it was discovered that Sosa had fled the area where he was eventually tracked and arrested by members of the U.S. Marshals Service in Arlington, Texas late last month.
