Westfield Area YMCA Hosts Summer Camp Open House

The Westfield Area YMCA has begun gearing up for summer fun! Join the Westfield Area Y Camp Staff on Wednesday, March 8th at the Robert & Virginia Bauer Branch, 422 East Broad Street in Westfield for a Camp Open House from 6:30 pm – 7:30 pm.

Participants and/or parents will have the opportunity to meet Y Camp Staff and ask questions about the various summer day camp programs offered at the Westfield Area YMCA. Each year children ages 3-15 try new activities, learn new skills, get creative, have a blast and make new friends in a safe environment.

The Y is excited to offer new S.T.E.A.M (Science, Technology, Engineering, Arts and Math) camps this summer such as various Bricks 4 Kidz® Camps, Coding With Kids, Dance Starz, Fashion Design, Hands On Art, Video Game Design and Young Scientists.

Westfield Area YMCA Camp programs also feature traditional, sports, travel and teen camps. Children can join for one or more weeks or all summer long. Full-day, half-day and extended day programs are available. Camp programs are located in Garwood, Mountainside and Westfield. All Westfield Area YMCA camp programs are accredited by the American Camp Association (ACA) meeting up to 300 standards for health, safety and program quality. The Y offers multiple child discounts allowing for a 5% savings for all additional children within the same family registered for the same week(s) of any traditional camp.
