Westfield Area YMCA Offers Free Balance Screening

The Westfield Area YMCA is pleased to offer a Balance Screening on Wednesday, March 8th from 12:30pm – 1:30pm at the Main Y Facility, 220 Clark Street in Westfield. This screening is free and open to the community.

It’s extremely important to work on balance to prevent falls and avoid injury, especially as we get older. Participants will do balance exercises and learn tips on fall prevention. This screening is done by Barbara Reuven, Physical Therapist from AmeriCare Physical Therapy. Light refreshments will be provided.

Registration is required and should be done by March 6th. Please register at the Main Y Welcome Center or call (908) 233-2700.
