WESTFIELD, NJ — Westfield Police Chief Christopher Battiloro updated the Westfield Rotary Club members about the state of affairs in Westfield.
With advanced technology, the Police Department is able to reduce car thefts and other crimes.
The State Attorney General has reversed his policy and now allows high-speed car chases, which has reduced overall thefts state-wide. Opioid overdoses are still an issue in town, so every police officer carries Narcan.
