Westfield Police To Host Autism Family Fun Day For 2026
The free Westfield event will offer sensory-friendly activities, therapy dogs, music and emergency vehicles.

WESTFIELD, NJ — Westfield police are inviting families to a free Autism Awareness Month event at Town Hall's Community Center.
The Autism Family Fun Day is scheduled for Saturday, April 25, from 12 to 2 p.m. at 425 E. Broad St. in Westfield.
The program is designed specifically for individuals with special needs and their families.

The Westfield Police Department said the event is intended to provide a safe, supportive and enjoyable setting while promoting understanding, acceptance and community connection.

The event is free to attend. Those planning to go are being asked to register in advance through the police department website at wpdnj.org/autism.
