Westfield Real Estate Market Heating Up!

With the holidays an afterthought and the Super Bowl behind us, it appears that home sellers in Westfield are getting down to business.  Seven homes have been listed for sale in just the past 3 days!
This is likely the beginning of what is expected to be a very busy Spring real estate market.  With home sales reaching a 7-year high and mortgage rates improving (still below 5%) since the start of the year, both sellers and buyers appear to be very motivated.
