Westfield Child Health Clinics (CHC)

Child Health Clinics are held on an appointment basis in Westfield. To obtain information on registering for the clinics please contact Laura Scanlon, MS, RN, Public Health Nursing Supervisor, at the Westfield Regional Health Department at 908-789-4070 ext. 4074 or at lscanlon@westfieldnj.gov.

The Westfield Regional Health Department & Overlook Hospital are sponsoring 3 upcoming health screenings as follows:

• Bone Density Screening on Thursday, March 21, 2013 from 10am -11:30am (* $10 charge)
• Hearing Screening on Thursday, April 18, 2013 from 10am-11:30am (* No charge)
• Cholesterol Screening on Thursday, May 23, 2013 from 10am-11:30am (*$10 charge)
• Diabetes Screening on Thursday, June 20, 2013 from 10am-11:30am (*$10 charge)

All screenings require pre-registration & will be held at the Westfield Municipal Building, 425 East Broad Street, Westfield, New Jersey.
