Westfield's Farinolio Makes Massive Schiacciata Sandwich

The culinary creation was part of their one-year anniversary celebration.

WESTFIELD, NJ - Farinolio celebrated their first successful year of operation in Westfield last week by creating what they believe is New Jersey's largest schiacciata sandwich.

Schiacciata is generally referred to as a Tuscan version of what is known as focaccia. It is generally thinner.

According to officials, more than 500 people came out to taste the culinary creation and they couldn't be more grateful for the supports.
