Widespread Outages Reported At Kean University
The unplanned and widespread outages are affecting all data and voice communications on campus Friday.
UNION, NJ — Widespread outages are being reported at Kean University in Union on Friday, according to the school.
The unplanned and widespread outages are affecting all data and voice communications on campus - internet, voice, print services and web-based applications, including Keanwise and some university email services, the university reported Friday.
The outage was caused by routine fire safety maintenance by an outside vendor at the Office of Computer and Information Services. OCIS is working to restore services, which may take several hours.
