PASSE is a group of parents or guardians of students receiving ANY special services through the West Orange school district, including Speech, OT, PT, resource room instruction, accommodations under 504 or health plans, IEPs and out of district placements. Membership is not limited to parents whose children are in special education placements. All parents of children getting special services or accommodations of any kind are invited. We meet several times a year to provide parents with information and to get input on what issues most affect you and your child.
