The West Orange Public Library Board of Trustees acknowledged the service of a dedicated group of volunteers at their December Board meeting.
Library Director Renée Riczker presented the volunteers with certificates of appreciation for their ongoing service to the library. The volunteers support the library’s mission in a number of ways by delivering books to the homebound, providing assistance to librarians during programs and in the computer lab, and reading to children as Grandpal (senior citizen) volunteers.
Board President Sheri Prupis asked the volunteers what they liked best about volunteering at the library. Each enthusiastically responded.
