Public Urination May Have Triggered Fatal Essex County Shooting
The East Orange resident was caught urinating on the suspects' property shortly before they allegedly shot him, report says.

An Essex County man’s decision about where to urinate may have been the catalyst behind a fatal shooting in East Orange on July 16.
According to NJ.com, authorities stated that shortly before Ryan Edwell was fatally shot on Princeton Street, the 38-year-old East Orange resident “was caught urinating on the property of a residence that was not his own.”
He was confronted afterward by a group of suspects who were occupying the home, NJ.com reported.

Four, unnamed juveniles - a 17-year-old, two 16-year-olds and a 15-year-old - have been charged with aggravated assault in connection with the shooting, the Essex County Prosecutor’s Office stated in an Aug. 3 release.
