West Orange Town Report Shares Data On Finance, Safety, Development

WEST ORANGE, NJ — West Orange officials have released a first-ever annual report on the town’s municipal departments.
Mayor Susan McCartney announced the release of the analysis on Friday. It includes data from 2025.
Departments covered in the report include finance, police, fire, health, senior services, recreation, public works, engineering, planning and development, municipal clerk, information technology, tax assessment and the municipal court.

McCartney also delivered a “State of the Town” address at the West Orange Chamber of Commerce’s annual Mayors Breakfast, a ticketed event held on March 12. She spoke about recent “successes and future goals” in the township, including the upcoming opening of a new Target store in West Orange.
