West Orange Welcomes 6 New Police Officers
Among the new officers: Daniel Verduga, Michael Paglucci, Anthony Piserchio, Connor Smeraldo, Joseph Mauriello and Christopher Hernandez.

WEST ORANGE, NJ — Just in time for the new year, West Orange has six new police officers.
Officials swore in the new officers during a ceremony at the Town Council Chambers last month. Among the new officers: Daniel Verduga, Michael Paglucci, Anthony Piserchio, Connor Smeraldo, Joseph Mauriello and Christopher Hernandez.
“Congrats to WO's new officers and their families,” a resident wrote on the township’s Facebook post. “Have known a few as childhood friends of my girls.”

“These are all good boys,” another resident wrote. “I wish them well as they help keep our town safe.”
