The U.S. Attorney's Office releases the official criminal complaint against Nathaniel Barreto and Juan Perez. Barreto is accused of robbing the West Orange Kearny Federal Savings July 23. Perez is accused of being Barreto's getaway driver in at least two of Barreto's string of eight robberies and one attempt. More here.

Thursday

New Jersey American Water spokesperson Richard Barnes said the NJAW has adjusted its treatment process in the last few days and that residents now were experiencing "alleviation" of brown water. More here.
