$1 Million Powerball Ticket Sold At Bergen County Gas Station

Second-prize winning ticket purchased at a Tiger Mart Exxon on Route 4.

The only $1 million winning Powerball lottery ticket in the most recent drawing was sold at an Englewood gas station, the New Jersey Lottery announced.

The ticket was sold at the Englewood Tiger Mart Exxon on Route 4 West.

If the ticket had been purchased with Powerplay, it would been worth $2 million, officials said.

The $1 million ticket matched the five white balls, with numbers: 08, 29, 41, 51, and 58. The red Powerball number was 05 and the multiplier number of 02.

Two $10,000 third-prize winning tickets were sold that matched four of the white balls and the powerball.

Nearly 44,200 tickets won an estimated $225,669 in prizes from $4 to $200, lottery officials said.

“Congratulations to these fortunate lottery players who purchased the winning tickets,” said Carole Hedinger, executive director of Benefits Education and Institutions for the state.

The Powerball jackpot will increase to $267 million for the next drawing Saturday.
