Allocation of Additional State Aid on School Board Agenda
Members of the board and public are also expected to hear a report about the Summer Adventure Program Thursday

Members of the are expected to vote on a resolution Thursday to allocate additional state aid in two specific areas of the 2011-2012 budget.
A resolution on the agenda states that the additional $455,099 in state aid will be set aside for elementary language arts curriculum initiatives and to increase the capital reserve. If approved, $120,000 will be added for the elementary language arts program and $335,099 will be added to the capital reserve.
Also on the agenda is a special report about the Summer Adventure Program from teacher Gina Cush.

The school board meeting is scheduled to begin Thursday at 7:30 p.m. in the Hurley Theater of , 701 Ridgewood Road, Washington Township.
