Bergen County Doctor Again Accused Of Inappropriately Touching Women
Three more women say they Dr. Raja Jagtiani touched them. He's been charged with criminal sexual contact.

Three more women have accused a Bergen County doctor of inappropriately touching them and were victims of “sexual contact” and “harassment,” Bergen County Prosecutor John L. Molinelli said.
Dr. Raja K. Jagtiani of Dumont was arrested Aug. 27 and charged with five counts of criminal sexual contact after a patient and three employees accused him of inappropriately touching them. The employee told police Jagtiani touched one of her breasts and bit her cheek in July.

Since his arrest, three more women told Bergenfield police and the prosecutor’s office Special Victims Unit that they are victims of sexual contact and harassment by Jagtiani, said Molinelli.
Jagtiani, 54, was charged with four counts of criminal sexual contact and one count of harassment by offensive touching. Jagtiani’s $50,000 bail was posted and he was released from the Bergenfield Police Department, Molinelli said.
