Bergen County Jail Earns Perfect Score With Department Of Corretions
Jail satisfies the 622 requirements set by the state.
The Bergen County Jail recently received a perfect score from the state Department of Corrections during the DOC’s inspection of the facility.
The jail was in compliance regarding the 622 requirements outlined in the state’s code for county correctional facilities.
“This achievement signifies that this administration is fulfilling its commitment to the taxpayers to run a first-rate facility consistent with the core functions of the sheriff’s office,” said county Sheriff Michael Saudino.
