Live and Become will be shown and refreshments will be served. Following the movie a discussion will be held.
According to a press release, "Live and Become is about an Ethiopian Christian boy who disguises himself as a Jew in order to escape famine and emigrate to Israel. With the hope of giving him a better life, the boy's birth mother gives him to an Ethiopian Jewish woman as she is about to be airlifted from a Sudanese refugee camp to Israel during Operation Moses in 1984. The film follows the boy's upbringing as the Jewish woman's son in Israel and how he deals with his secret."
