All swimmers new to the program are required to take a swim placement test. There are both children's group classes and classes for children age six months through three years, along with a parent. In addition to its competitive-style pool, the YJCC has a 400 square-foot kiddie pool. Both pools are indoors.
Private and semi-private lessons are available for ages three through adult and for those with special needs. All lessons and classes are open to YJCC members and non-members.
