Westwood residents born between January 1, 1998 and December 31, 2005 are invited to join the Westwood Track and Field Association Team. There are no tryouts!
Athletes can participate in sprints, middle distance, and distance races. Field events include the long jump, high jump, triple jump, shotput throw, discus throw, and turbo javelin.
Registration will be held on Sunday, March 18th, 2 p.m. at the Westwood Regional Junior/Senior High School Track. This is also the first day of practice. The team practices every Sunday, Tuesday and Thursday weekly through
Memorial Day and there are 6 Sunday meets scheduled. Participation fee is just $75 per runner and includes admission fees to all meets, insurance and running shirt. Family discount rates are available. Runners from all Pascack Valley towns are welcome to participate.
