Hillsdale Police Find 120 Oxycodone Pills During Traffic Stop
The pills were reportedly obtained at a Hillsdale pharmacy using a fraudulent prescription.
HILLSDALE, N.J. — Three people were arrested on drug-related charges following a traffic stop where police found 120 Oxycodone pills.
Officer German Decena stopped a white sedan with South Carolina license plates for delaying traffic and spoke with the three occupants, police said.
Decena noted inconsistencies in where they said they were traveling from and going to, police said.

Police found Maria Melendez, 50, of Bronx, N.Y., in possession of about 120 Oxycodone pills, which she reportedly obtained using a fraudulent prescription at a pharmacy in Hillsdale, police said.
Stephon Williams, 36, of Bronx, N.Y. was in possession of blank prescription pads, which he wasn't authorized to have, police said.

Melendez and Williams allegedly used Kizzy McCullum, 39, of Bronx, N.Y., to obtain the prescriptions, police said.
The three individuals were taken to Hillsdale Police headquarters where they were processed and released, police said.
Melendez, Williams and McCullum were each charged with conspiracy to obtain a controlled dangerous substance by fraud. Melendez and Williams were also charged with receiving stolen property. Melendez was also charged with possession of 100 or more prescription drugs and obtaining a controlled dangerous substance by fraud.
