Middle School Students' Artwork Selected for Display

The artwork of three of Westwood Regional Middle School students, Bridget Gismondi, Kristina Labriola and Angelica Huber, was selected for an exhibit at the NJEA Teacher’s Convention in Atlantic City. With the guidance of their art teacher, Karen Bloch, they each created a colorful “All about Me” themed marker drawing, inspired by the artist Marc Chagall.

The exhibit featured more than 75 examples of student work from around the state, representing all grade levels. The exhibit provided a special opportunity to celebrate the visual arts and art education. It was on display during the Convention from Nov. 9 to Nov. 11.
